Return Policy
Custom & Personalized Items
Due to the personalized nature of our memorial products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Non-Personalized Items
Non-customized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition for a full refund.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
